What type of corporate events do you host at Imagen Venues?

Our venues are spacious and versatile, making it possible for us to host all types of corporate events including meetings, award ceremonies, and team building events as well as conferences, trade shows, and more. We host training seminars and sessions, brand and product launches, client and employee appreciation events, and retirement parties. Imagen Venues is also a popular place to host a company holiday party in Houston.

We are looking for a corporate event venue with lots of space, good food, and good customer service. Bar service is a plus. Can you provide it?

Yes, we offer in-house state-of-the-art audio and multimedia equipment, including numerous LED displays throughout our venues that can be personalized for marketing, advertising, sponsorships, and branding.

Our company is planning an appreciation event with multiple speakers and we will need a stage with lighting, sound, and multimedia equipment. Will we need to contract with other vendors for any of this? Do we need to hire an AV tech

Not when hosting an event at Imagen Venues. Each of our venues is fully equipped to meet your staging and technology needs. We also provide professional technical support.

What types of activities would you recommend for a corporate team building event?

We offer 3,000 paved parking spaces, with overflow capacity for up to 4,500 vehicles — all within the largest privately owned parking lot in Houston. Valet service is available, and our venues easily accommodate buses and trucks with convenient load-in/load-out access.

Will a manager be available to assist during our event?

Absolutely! An events and operations manager will be on site for the duration of your event to ensure you have a perfect event!

What parking options are available?

Our onsite parking includes 3,000 paved parking spaces, with additional parking for a total 4,500 vehicles. Valet parking is also available. In addition, Imagen Venues accommodates busses as well as trucks with easy load in/load out.
